These terms apply to https://keepmybond.com.au, operated by CogsMe Pty Ltd (ABN [ABN to be added]) trading as KeepMyBond. By using the service you agree to them.
1. Information and evidence tools, not legal advice
KeepMyBond helps you organise evidence and gives general information about bond processes. It is not legal advice and we are not a law firm. Deadlines, letter templates and summaries are estimates based on official sources at the time of writing and may be out of date or not fit your situation. Always check the dates on your notice and the official sources linked in the app, and consider free tenant advice services.
2. No guaranteed outcome
We don't guarantee that you will get any part of your bond back or how a bond authority, commissioner, tribunal or court will treat your evidence. Our reports support, but don't replace, your official condition report.
3. AI comparison
AI flags ("possible new mark", "unchanged", "can't tell") are automated visual observations that can be wrong. They are not findings about fair wear and tear, fault or responsibility. You must review every photo yourself.
4. Your content
You own your photos, notes and letters. You're responsible for making sure they're accurate and that you're allowed to take and share them. Don't use the service to mislead anyone.
5. Payments and refunds
The Move-out / Dispute Pack is a one-off A$29 (GST inclusive if applicable) charge processed by Stripe. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for major failures. Contact hello@keepmybond.com.au for refund requests.
6. Availability
Data is stored on your device. Keep your exported PDFs and original photos; we can't recover on-device data if your browser storage is cleared.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount you paid.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
