KeepMyBond

Realtor Edition

The desk for leasing and managing a rent roll. Take an enquiry through to keys, run the tenancy, keep the property file, and open a claim only when you need one. NSW first.

Same company as the renter app. Open the sample office and use it for 24 hours. Subscribe in the workspace to keep the file. Templates, not legal advice. No payment is taken on this page.

An operating system for the agency

Leasing, day-to-day management, the property file, and office tasks. A bond claim is one strong module inside that, not the whole product. A tribunal still decides any dispute.

Terrace house exterior1

Lease it

Enquiries, applications, a reference note, a lease offer, keys, and the bond lodgement kickoff.

Keys on a table2

Manage it

Inspections, rent reminders, renewals, vacating, and messages you copy into your own email.

Letter on a desk3

Keep the file

Property records, compliance notes, and a claim module when a bond discussion starts.

Five parts of the desk

  • Leasing

From the first enquiry to an offer, a welcome pack, and keys. No payment is taken here.

  • Tenants

The rent roll: inspections, reminders, co-tenants, and invites that do not open a private file.

  • Properties

Addresses, keys, meters, photos, owner contacts, and compliance dates. NSW first.

  • Claims

One module for deductions, a settlement draft, and hearing notes. Not the whole product.

  • Documents

Templates for offers, notices, inspection notes, and bond letters. Not legal advice.

  • Office

Tasks, a calendar, a roster, branding on this device, and a JSON backup.

States

NSW is the copy we have written first, including the breach stub. The other states are on the file so a later edit does not need a new product.

Questions

Is Realtor Edition a different company?

No. It is KeepMyBond, built for agencies and property managers. The renter product is unchanged.

Is this legal advice or an official form?

No. Every generated document is marked: Template — not legal advice. Check your state legislation and your agency's approved forms.

Can we see the tenant's private file?

No. Photos, private notes and the vault stay on the tenant's device unless the tenant shares them. An invite only shows the request you wrote.

Which state is this for?

NSW is the primary label, including the breach-notice stub. Every file has a state field so other states can be added without renaming the product.

What does it cost?

Open the sample office from the workspace. That try lasts 24 hours on this browser. Subscribe there to keep what you add. A card is charged only when Stripe is connected for Realtor Edition. The prices below are the published placeholders. The tenant Dispute Pack remains a separate one-off.

Open a sample office and click through.

Bondi and Lane Cove are fictional. Add your own property beside them, open a template, and walk the sample claim.
