Move-in condition report checklist
Your move-in photos are your record of how the property looked on day one. Work through each room below, then record it all in the free KeepMyBond move-in report, which timestamps and fingerprints every photo.
Top tips
- Photograph every wall, floor, appliance and fixture, with date stamps.
- Take a wide shot first, then close-ups of anything already marked, with something for scale.
- Compare against the agent's condition report and add your own comments where you disagree.
- Return the signed condition report within the time your state allows (for example, 7 days in NSW) and keep a copy.
- Keep your original photos and a PDF copy somewhere safe, not just on one phone.
