End of lease, anywhere in Australia

Lease ending? Photograph it before you hand back the keys.

Your move-out photos are your record of how you left the property. If you took move-in photos in KeepMyBond, the A$29 Move-out / Dispute Pack adds a ghost overlay to line up each move-out shot with the same view, plus side-by-side and AI photo compare.

Move-in report: free. Move-out photo matching, AI photo compare, the reply letter and PDF evidence bundle: one A$29 one-off pack. No subscription.

Match your photos

With the A$29 pack, the ghost overlay shows your move-in photo faintly over the camera so each move-out shot lines up. Compare side by side, with the slider, or with AI flags.

Questions

Is this legal advice?

No. KeepMyBond provides information and evidence tools, not legal advice. Check your state's official source for refund rules and time limits.

Is move-out photo matching free?

No. The move-in report is free. Ghost-overlay photo matching, side-by-side and slider compare, and AI photo compare are part of the A$29 one-off Move-out / Dispute Pack, which also includes the reply letter and PDF evidence bundle. You can still take plain move-out photos without it.

I didn't take move-in photos in KeepMyBond. Is it still useful?

The ghost overlay and photo compare need move-in photos taken in the app. Without them, still photograph every room yourself before you hand back the keys, keep the original files, and use the Dispute Pack's deadline countdown and claim response if a claim arrives.

Does the AI decide what's fair wear and tear?

No. It only labels each photo pair as possible new mark, unchanged or can't tell, with a short description. You decide what it means.

Where are my photos stored?

On your device. AI compare (part of the A$29 pack) sends photo pairs for analysis only when you run it.
